Salon Policy


At Infinity Hair Salon we want all our guests to be comfortable!


​We want you to escape from the stresses of the world and enjoy luxury and pampering in our warm relaxing environment.  As guest comfort is a high priority for us we want to make sure everyone is comfortable in our surroundings.  We strive to provide a relaxing and professionally performed service to all our guests.  If you have any Questions about any policies we may have please contact us.


METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  

We do not accept checks!


SERVICE AREAS
Upon arrival please remain in the reception area until your service provider greets you.  Out of respect for other clientele and staff members only clients having a service performed at that time are permitted in any service area, all others may remain in the reception seating area.


CHILDREN AND THEIR SAFETY
We love children, but at times even you need a break so we will look after them for you in the Reception Area of the salon.  We have a large state of the art TV in the reception area which also has access to netflix for their favorite shows or cartoons!  Please be aware that we and you should encourage small children to remain in the reception area as the service area of the salon has many dangers to unsupervised young children.


GUEST COMFORT
The following complementary beverages are provided during your visit:  water, coffee and hot green tea.

Free Internet access is provided in the salon to keep you in touch with the world.


CELLULAR PHONES
Feel free to use your mobile device whilst in the salon but upon arriving, please turn your cell phone ringer off in consideration of others. 


SCHEDULING

Appointments are scheduled to allow ample time to complete your service.  Please help us by arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  Arriving late may compromise the time available for your service and at worst, we may not be able to complete your service and we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time/date.


GRATUITY POLICY
If you feel that your service provider has given you a great experience and you wish to show your appreciation with a gratuity, it would be much appreciated!

Providing a gratuity to your salon professional is always optional, never feel obligated.

Here at Infinity Hair Salon we do allow clients to place gratuities on credit cards for their convenience and the gratuity given will be included in your service providers next paycheck.

If you wish for your service provider to receive their gratuity immediately please provide them with cash.


SERVICE EXCLUSIONS
Sorry, we do no allow clients to blow dry their own hair! If you do not want to pay for a 'full blow dry' service then we do offer a 'rough dry' service at a reduced price.


SECURING YOUR VALUABLES

We provide a secure lockable compartment in every styling station for your convenience.  This is to protect your valuables when you move around the salon area.  Please utilize this amenity to ease any safety concerns you may have for your personal items during your stay with us.


CANCELLATIONS
Please respect our time! We would greatly appreciate it if you would provide us with 24-hour's notice for cancellations of all salon services.  This allows the service providers to book other clients in to your cancelled appointment slot.
